1. Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Start of the cancellation period

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

3. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (GoGoCatchit.ch) a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by email to info@gogocatchit.com . You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

4. Sample cancellation form

I hereby revoke the contract I concluded for the purchase of the following goods:

5. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made promptly after receipt of the goods and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

6. Return of goods

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

7. Return costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be returned by post due to their nature, you will bear the cost of returning the goods in the amount of the actual return costs incurred.

8. Compensation for loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

  • Goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • Goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. hygiene products);
  • Goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods;
  • Digital content (e.g. software, e-books) that is not supplied on a tangible medium, when the execution of the contract has begun and the consumer has agreed that he or she will lose his or her right of withdrawal.
