1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions regulate the conditions for all contracts concluded between GoGoCatchit.ch and its customers via the website. They also apply to future business relationships without the need to refer to the terms and conditions again. We only recognize deviating conditions of the customer if we confirm them expressly and in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
By presenting the products on our website, we make a non-binding offer. The purchase contract is only concluded when you complete the ordering process and we accept the order by sending a separate order confirmation by email. The automated order confirmation is for information purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of the purchase contract.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT, where applicable. Payment is due immediately after completing the order process. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact and iDEAL)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Any additional costs, such as customs duties or import taxes for international deliveries, are to be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver worldwide, although delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination and product availability. The estimated delivery time is usually 5 - 7 working days. Delivery times are not binding and may vary due to external factors (e.g. customs controls).
The shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process. Additional costs, such as customs duties or import taxes, may apply and are to be borne by the customer. Partial deliveries are permitted provided this is reasonable for the customer.
5. Right of withdrawal
We grant you a voluntary right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Details of your right of withdrawal and the procedure for returning goods can be found in our cancellation policy. Certain products, such as personalized or sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
6. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply unless otherwise agreed. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), damage to life, limb or health, or in the event of mandatory statutory provisions.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Dispute resolution and online dispute resolution (OS platform)
To resolve disputes in online trading, customers residing in the EU can use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform), which can be accessed via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . Although this regulation is not mandatory for Swiss companies, we provide this information to our EU customers.
10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
All legal disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of GoGoCatchit.ch.
11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
